从今天开始夜跑了！好多年没有锻炼了。话说，我大学的时候还是个体育委员，哎！
不同的是，我不太喜欢慢跑。觉得太枯燥，太无聊。
我在小区里找了个坡，冲坡。冲一波然后慢慢走下来，再冲。冲累了就收队。
今天出来晚了，这个点才收队回家。外面几乎没人了。还好南方没有冬天，穿短袖并不太冷。我穿的篮球服出来的。
不得不坚持运动了，体重严重超标！希望能坚持下去吧！在这么胖下去，衣服又要换一波了。
I don't know why,if I use chinese to describe my day's activity, it won't count the number of words. It will always prompt“you need to describe your activity at least 30 words”
