My Actifit Report Card: March 16 2021
Hello everyone!
Welcome to all..
Now here is my today's actifit report card..
Today I finished the day with 6k steps that I achieved by walking and moving around the office. It was a cloudy day here although there was no rain. Overall it was a fantastic day here with light sun heat.
Previous two or three days I fail to go in my playground where I used to do some physical meditation and yoga due to some busy schedule. Hope in coming days I will be free. seriously I am thinking about my physical maintenance that should because health is wealth and there should be no compromise with the health.
