Hoy por fin retomé mi rutina de ejercicios, por cosas de trabajo caminé mucho todo el día, pero hoy al final de la noche tuve la oportunidad de hacer mi rutina de barras completa, trabajando piernas, abdominales, pecho, espalda, bíceps y tríceps.

Estuve dos días sin actividad porque me agarró un malestar muy fuerte que me tumbó y me imposibilitó de ejercitarme, pero ahora sí voy con todo nuevamente!
