My Actifit Report Card: August 26 2018

It was a beautiful day in Newfoundland with nice sun and 20 degrees. My wife and I went for a walk on and old road through the barrens and woods. Later in the day we packed a lunch of bread cheese and wine and went to a point of land called the Palin. This juts out into the Atlantic. It is a rocky shore with lots of birds and a beautiful view. Great day.
