What a great day it has been. At noon I jogged about 7 km with very nice and warm weather. In the afternoon I hiked a big round with my mother for Mother's Day and we enjoyed the wonderful day. That's how I was able to take a lot of steps, but now my legs hurt a lot. Regardless, I get stronger with every step 💪
