[EN/PL] Cycling (Actifit Report 2019#85)

[EN] I didn't have much time to ride bike long today, so I went for a short but intensive training. For the first 10 kilometres I managed to get the average speed of 29.6 km/h, but for the next 1.5 km of ascent next to a large lift on the canal, my average speed dropped to 25.5 km/h. But when I entered the path in the upper part of the canal I set myself goals to make up for as much of what I lost in the uphill stretch, so for the next 20 kilometres I pedal hard. Eventually I managed to make up for almost everything, it ended up with an average speed of 29.36 km/h. Quite well, I'm counting on a longer ride this weekend, especially as the weather is supposed to be good.

[PL] Brakowało mi dziś czasu na dłuższą jazdę rowerem, więc wybrałem się na krótki, ale intensywny trening. Przez pierwsze 10 kilometrów udało mi się wykręcić średnią prędkość 29,6 km/h, ale przez kolejne półtora kilometra podjazdu obok dużej windy na kanale ta prędkość spadła do 25,5 km/h. Ale gdy wjechałem już na ścieżkę w górnej części kanału postawiłem sobie za cele odrobić jak najwięcej z tego co straciłem na podjeździe, więc przez kolejne 20 kilometry cisnąłem mocno na pedały. Finalnie udało mi się odrobić prawie wszystko, skończyło się na średniej prędkości 29,36 km/h. Całkiem nieźle, liczę na dłuższą jazdę w ten weekend, szczególnie, że pogoda ma dopisać.
