My Actifit Report Card: January 21 2019
Today I had almost an ordinary working day.
In the afternoon I went to dinner and went on business. The rest of the usual office activity, but in the evening after a trip with his son at his workout Actifit already showed 5000 steps.
Upon returning home, I decided to continue the good tradition of an evening run on an ellipse. After all, I actually began to like it. I even lost a little weight. In addition, I have even a very small, virtual, but incentive from the Actifit application.
And I also want to say that yesterday I complained that Actifit considered few steps. It seems to me that I coped with this problem. For this, I just rebooted the phone. Today, Actifit, as usual, takes a few more steps than my fitness bracelet.
