It was just minor stuff today, I worked the hand and leg weights off and on all day. It took several sessions but I finally got my goal. I hate slacking off even when I'm sick. I wasn't about to go outside in this crappy rainy weather. I think @crypt-skip was happy to get out and go the YMCA just to get away from hearing my nonstop cough. If I could find some way to strap my fitbit to my ribs, I'm sure I could get 10K easily just from the coughing! Talk about some some rib muscles.
And speaking of coughing, it's time for another nebulizer breathing treatment. No problem keeping my heart rate up though, we're watching the Bulls and it's another ugly game. It's 64-63 just after half time, and they should not be struggling against the Caviliers. And they should NOT have lost Monday night against the Nicks. Things better start improving soon. (Edit - they ended up losing once again, better get that paper bag back out and start wearing it over my head again when watching the game. Sigh.)
