The Crab With A Hole... My Actifit Report Card: January 30 2019

There was I again, spying on the little crabs while I was walking. I found this shy one with a hole in its shell. I tried to grab it to inspect the hole better and see if the poor crabby was hurt but it was too afraid of me... so I decided to leave it alone. I'm not an expert but maybe it was made by a bird or maybe someone throw the poor thing! Some humans like to use little crabs as throwing stones. It pisses me off so much!

Anyways, here's today fitness report....

  • walking
  • jogging
  • abs - 40
  • side crunches - 25
  • plank - 1 minute
  • push ups - 5.... not good with push ups....
  • squats - 25

I'm trying to alternate my workout routine to not get bored and also to not get any injury... soon I will have to add some weight lifting cause I need to tone my muscles and skin... I'm losing weight too quick... not complaining, tho!

I live at the north area and that beach is at the west of the island (Puerto Rico). Sometimes I go and drive until I find a nice place to take pics and walk :D

The nearest beach is 15 min away and the nearest lake is 15 min away too... can't complain ;)

Hopefully the little crab will survive that hole in its shell. Great exercise circuit hitting all the muscles, that will be good for toning 👍😀

I need more exercises to tone but I will take it easy, I don't wanna end up quitting cause all hurts and I got bored ahahaha

Hey, five pushups isn't too bad. Those things hurt. Women just aren't naturally endowed with arm strength.

Poor crab. Hope he lives a long crabby life.

Tell me about it! I can hold heavy stuff bt when it comes to push ups... I can't! ahahah

@blacklux the poor crab, I did not know they could live once their shell was broke, but I guess they can, the older I get the more I care about other living things even the little oyster crabs I felt sorry we took their home and now they will die, but can not let it get to me because I make my living killing fish. It is a cruel world. I try not to think about it.

I know but you don't do it because you feel pleasure, you do it to feed people. So don't feel guilty, you're not doing anything wrong!

@blacklux yes I know but sometimes I overthink things, it has something to do with getting older and valuing all life. And I know I am feeding people who don't or can not fish and it is a good resource for them.

Pardiiiiiiiiiii gimme a exercise for my arms! They are weak!

Pushups, pushups!! :) Start with knees on the ground, you'll see that strength will build up!

Pardi... I suck at pushups... All I can do is 5 and then I feel like dying! 😂

5 is not bad at all! You'll get to 10 soon; remember you saying a few weeks ago that 10k movements were almost impossible? Just look at you now ;)
