Seasonal fruits are always great for health. It is believed that the strength that is required during a particular season is all available in the respective seasonal fruit itself. Now it is actually mango season here. It's been the mango season for a very long time already but today only I got a chance to taste a mango. I'm not a big fan of mango but when given chance, I don't usually hesitate to taste mango.

Additionally it is also a season for Java fruit as well. Today while traveling to office I noticed that some of the vendors were already selling Java fruit. In Tamil it is called Naval fruit and in Sanskrit it is called Jambu fruit. Some people also call it Jamun fruit. It is also one of the best fruit for diabetes treatment in Ayurveda. I'm actually a big fan of this fruit and I think I will soon be buying this fruit and eating it.

I managed to cover 10000 steps today because I had a good walking partner today who was fast enough to support me while walking. We did a fast walk and tried to cover more distance within short span of time.
