My Actifit Report Card: February 7 2020
15k actifit count. Personal best for a very long time.It has been one very busy day from the moment I stepped out of bed to the moment I got back home.
I did 15 minutes of skipping,4 sets of 20 pushups and 4 sets of 10 pullups.
Did a lot of walking and staircase climbing at my workplace and walked the long way back home.
