My Actifit Report Card: October 5 2019

Sábado e eu andei muito, muito mesmo além de também ter ido a academia.

O chato é que notei que infelizmente com a minha ansiedade ganhei por volta de 2 quilos. Isto porque Aumentei muito o consumo de açúcar.

Então o foco agora é diminuir a ansiedade, tentar substituir os medicamentos por produtos mais naturais e, tambem, voltar com caminhadas e corridas que são exercícios mais aeróbicos e que, ajudam em muito o controle da ansiedade.
