Hoje vou postar mais uma vez para não perder tudo já que estou caindo de sono.

Não fiz abdominais hoje mas fiz musculação logo cedo.

É ao longo do dia mais uma missão do The Walk cumprida.

A note fui para o ponto andando e, de brinde, ainda caminhei meia hora com minhas cachorrinhas quando cheguei em casa.

Acho que é só. Amanha se animar escrevo mais.
