My Actifit Report Card: August 30 2018

Yay! Thursday!

Can't believe the week is over. Oh, well... rest, finally.

This evening @ghie16 and I completed the 7kms in 1:10. We spent the remaining 20 minutes dancing around, stretching and kicking. It was a good wrap up for the week we spent running around Al Reem Island.

Now I feel extremely tired... sorry if I have to write a short report. Will try to get longer sleep for now.
