yes I love music, but I did not even know this detail about the wood, it is more for the beauty of the tree, it is different, see the trunk, when these barks fall it becomes very smooth and has a good texture for the touch.
I'd choose an Australian Eucalyptus tree. They are resilient and can survive most of what mother nature can throw at them. Common, with many varieties around Australia, and the natural home for Koala's.

I found it as Libidibia ferrea, a Brazilian and Bolivian tree.
It seems that its wood resonates well for guitars: you like music, right?
