My Actifit Report Card: April 1 2019

Hey everybody,

Another day of just barely 5K 🤷🏽‍♂️ Oh well. I’ve been rolling my legs out so I can knock out another 20K+ day soon! 😄 They are feeling much better and not nearly as tight. This is the only pic I got on my quick hike in Palmer Park today.

That thing over my left shoulder is actually a piece of wood drilled into the ground that says “This is not a trail” so that people stay on the trail. Very delicate ecosystem out here, and there are many trails that aren’t actually trails and instead people just walked there anyways and it ended up causing a trail.
