Nature having a Color Party!

Today I was walking again with my new barefoot shoes! I get used to them very quickly and I find them very comfortable to wear even on longer walks - like today. I decided to take a stony field path. It's really true that with these shoes (completely flat, 5 mm thick sole) you can feel every bump and every little stone.
The feet get a great massage and I think that the whole foot muscles are also strengthened. I plan to run a few kilometers in the next days. I have no idea how that will feel. I'll let you know.
Apart from that I took some flower pictures today to capture the fantastic colors of nature surrounding me.
Heute war ich wieder einmal mit meinen neuen Barfußschuhen unterwegs! Ich gewöhne mich sehr schnell an sie und finde sie auch bei längeren Spaziergängen - wie heute - sehr angenehm zu tragen. Ich wählte einen steinigen Feldweg. Es ist wirklich so, dass man mit diesen Schuhen (vollkommen flach, 5 mm Sohle) jede Unebenheit und jedes Steinchen spürt.
Die Füße werden toll massiert und ich denke, dass auch die gesamte Fußmuskulatur gestärkt wird. Ich plane in den nächsten Tagen mal ein paar Kilometer zu laufen. Ich habe keine Ahnung, wie sich das anfühlt. Ich lass es euch wissen.
Ansonsten habe ich heute einige Blumenbilder gemacht. Ich wollte heute die fantastische Buntheit der Natur, die mich umgibt, ein wenig einfangen.
