Boh Manok Weng (egg shake)/ Telur Kocok
Boh manok weng or egg shake is a favorite drink of Indonesian citizens, specially the people of Aceh.
Beaten eggs are chicken eggs which the process of making's shaken using by mixer until cooked and then brewed with bitter coffee, there is also added a little milk to increase the pleasure.
Chicken egg shakes that I share this's the result of processing from one coffee shop in the Lameue Village, Pidie, Aceh Province. In this village is famous for shake chicken egg from time to time.
