Evening Wind outside Window

I was attempting to do the wind movement. And the outside window we have to get the evening view of the wind flow. I wanted to do much but turns out it was not that easy and it was kind of mentally strained too. So I made sure to get the outside view in the right way as well. So here's what something I was meant to do.

Wind is fun and wind is soothing here's my attempt
