The first thing you need to do is figure out who you are and what your true self wants. It means that you have reached your most basic level of self-actualization if you are committed to yourself. When you know who you are, it's only the start of committing to your true self. In this article, I'll show you seven ways to turn your promise to yourself into a long-term, life-long, and mutually satisfying relationship.

"I'll do it" isn't enough to make a promise. To put it another way, they are promises with a reason. Your work, family, social justice, or being a good spouse, parent, friend, or child may be important to you. These are important issues that need your full attention and commitment. However, if you don't know where you're going, they're not useful.
