I give her material pleasure and I fill myself with pleasure that can be called spiritual.
It's like a mother filling a child. But in love we can do it mutually. The mother does not receive reciprocity from the child, she only has a desire to take care, take care of him, and if he smiles at her, this is enough for the mother. But usually we get nothing in return from our children.
