Palm sauna
Rub the palms together until they feel warm. Then, place both hands gently covering both eyes; fingertips resting on the forehead, palms fitting over the eyes, and hand heels resting on the cheeks.
Do not touch the eyeballs immediately, but leave a little room while still allowing both hands to function as a curtain to create darkness in front of the eyes. Close your eyes, breathe deeply, and relax.
Relax and enjoy the rest of this visual stimulation. Continue palming until you feel better - a few seconds to five minutes. When you are ready to open your eyes, gently remove the "curtain" of your palm and open both eyes.
