Bug: Button theme cannot working

Expected behavior
When pressing the theme, this app should be able to change the color of the theme.
Actual behavior
When pressing the theme button, the application should be able to change the color theme, but this does not work at all, I've tried repeatedly.
How to reproduce
- Open lean launcher
- Click Look & Feel
- Click Theme
- But not working
- Browser: Lean launcher version 1.1.3
- Operating system: Android 7.0
