Aceh Noodles, is a traditional dish typical of Aceh which is famous for its spicy, fresh and delicious taste. Not only in the archipelago, Aceh noodle also has many fans in the country, Malaysia and many other countries directly cooked by aceh people who wander abroad.

It does not seem excessive to say that Aceh Noodles holds a great mystery of delicacy. Because the sensation of delicious Aceh Noodles has long hit the archipelago. This is evidenced by the number of restaurant which often makes Aceh Noodĺes as its flagship menu.

Apparently, the scene is not only in the cities of the archipelago only. In fact, it has begun to spread to other cities of the world. Like, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Australia, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Germany and America. Generally, Aceh Noodles snacks in these countries, initially introduced directly by the people of Aceh who domiciled in the country. Then, because it felt unique, encouraging some Asian Food restaurants in the country to adopt a special menu of Aceh, Noodles then make it part of the menu treat them in the restaurant.

The typical noodles of Aceh from other noodles lie in the yellow noodles and thicker than the usual noodles with slices of beef, mutton or seafood (shrimp, crab and squid) and served in a kind of savory, thick and spicy curry. The presentation is usually also equipped with lime, emping, and pickled pieces.
