Walnut Banana Bread【核桃香蕉蛋糕 】
I used to hate eating bananas especially when it was overripe or got bruised which looked rotten. I had no desire to eat it at all! Now I have no problem with it as long as turn it into the banana bread. Not only taste delicious but full of nutritive value. Even our doggies like it! It's also easy to make. Let's try to make one now!
肉肉以前超討厭吃香蕉的!尤其當香蕉過熟,或是稍微撞到,果肉都會變的爛爛的,一點都不想吃它!現在肉肉再也沒有這個困擾了,只要把它拿來做成香蕉蛋糕,不但美味又付營養價值,連毛小孩都跟老爺搶著吃!做法也相當簡單,趕快一起來試試看!
Ingredients:
9"x5" loaf pan
4 overripe bananas
220g sugar
2 large eggs
1 stick butter, melted and cooled
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp salt
280g all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 cup walnuts
所需材料:
9"x5"烤盤一個
4根熟透的香蕉
白砂糖220克
雞蛋大的2顆
奶油一條(約113克),溶化並放涼
香草精1茶匙
鹽1/2茶匙
中筋麵粉280克
泡打粉1茶匙
核桃1/2杯

製作方法:
Crash the walnuts in a plastic bag, then lightly bake in the oven till fragrant.
核桃放入袋中壓碎後,放入烤箱稍微烤至香味出即可。
Cut bananas in pieces and smash them.
將香蕉切塊後搗碎。
Keep smashing the bananas till mash. Add sugar and stir till creamy and puffy.
搗至液體狀即可(不需要搗的很細,可以吃的到香蕉顆粒),然後放入糖攪拌至乳白色且蓬鬆狀。
Add eggs, salt, vanilla extract and butter, then well mixed.
再依序放入雞蛋、鹽、香草精及奶油,攪拌至均勻。
Sift flour and baking powder together.
麵粉和泡打粉一起過篩。
Add the flour separately in 3 times. Gently mix till the flour is gone. Don't over-mix.
分三次加入香蕉液中攪拌至不見麵粉即可,不要過度攪拌。
Add half of the walnuts into the batter and well mixed.
放入一半的核桃拌勻。
Spoon batter into the loaf pan, and sprinkle the rest of the walnuts on top.
將麵糊倒入烤盤中舖平,再將剩下的核桃灑在麵糊上。
Bake in a 350°F preheated oven for about 75 minutes, or until toothpick inserted in the center and comes out clean.
放入預熱華氏350度的烤箱中,烤約75分鐘,用牙籤插入中心,若無沾黏即可。
Slice it when it gets cool down.
放涼後切片,即可享用!
I like to eat it with vanilla ice cream when it is still warm. To feel the ice cream melted in the mouth with banana's fragrant, that is really like in heaven!
肉肉喜歡趁還溫溫的時候,挖一顆香草冰淇淋配著吃,冷熱相間融入口中,真是人生一大享受!
