Psycho Bartender
I recently picked up a Yuno Gasai avatar and had some fun.
She's from an anime called Future Diary, and I easily slipped into her role of being a loving psychopath. I chased people around and threatened them with my knife and hatchet.
@thecastle (on a catboy avatar) and I went to The Pug to enjoy our beer drinking, and have some fun.
I ended up serving him food and beverages, while roleplaying as a crazy bartender who was trying to be discrete about serving other humans body parts as bar food.
Roleplaying in VRChat is a lot of fun, and I plan to get into the role of my character a lot more often.

I have to say that I play almost always just my role. So I can understand very well why you have so much fun. The good thing about VRchat is almost always all around you play the roleplay along with you. Because of that always a delightfully witty momentum develops.
