Daily sketch - old ruin on top of the hill

Hello steemians!

I have decided to try and experiment a bit with different kind of paper and colored pencils.

I had this small piece of paper and I wanted to draw a ruin on the hill. I've sketched it roughly with pencil and used 005 liner to make outlines. After I was happy I took my colors and started shading and sort of rendering the image.

This is what I got:

This was just outline with most of the pencil erased.

The paper is a bit too rough, but it can be worked on. I also love the texture :)

I must try that same thing with water colors.
