Old and new buildings in Krasnodar

Yesterday I again walked through the city of Krasnodar. And pay attention to what the different buildings in the city. In the old part of it you can see many houses of pre-revolutionary construction. Street Communards almost the entire consists of such homes. They are well preserved and look quite decent. Many of them are now monuments of architecture of the early 20th century.

The houses that were built immediately after the war look completely different. We call them Stalinka and Khrushchev. The time of post-war devastation was difficult. Houses were built quickly and in the most minimalist style. Most of these houses didn't even have balconies . Many are now very dilapidated. They are often demolished and built modern high-rise buildings.

Now in Krasnodar a lot of new, more modern houses built in our time in a variety of architectural styles.

Вчера я снова гуляла по городу Краснодар. И обратила внимание на то, какие разные здания в этом городе. В старой его части можно увидеть много домов дореволюционной постройки. Улица Коммунаров почти вся состоит из таких домов. Они неплохо сохранились и выглядят вполне достойно. Многие из них сейчас являются памятниками зодчества начала 20 века.
Большинство домов, построенных в это время, выдержаны в стиле электики с элементами классицизма.
Это особняк богатейшего купца Рубежанского. Построен в 1908 году, очень хорошо сохранился до нашего времени. В те времена купцы и помещики строили свои дома добротно, с любовью и на долгие времена.
Дома, которые были построены сразу после войны, выглядят совершенно по-другому. Мы называем их сталинки и хрущевки. Время послевоенной разрухи было тяжелым. Дома строились быстро и в самом минималистском стиле.
Большинство таких домов даже не имели балконов . Многие сейчас очень ветхие. Их часто сносят и строят современные многоэтажные высотки.
Сейчас в Краснодаре очень много новых, более современных домов, построенных в наше время в самых разных архитектурных стилях.
Архитектура города Краснодара очень разная. Мы храним в памяти все этапы развития города.
