This construction is a great help especially during these winter days.Entrance to this building is very far from this tombstone,you must surround the entire building to get here.
With this ingenious construction you do not have to go so much and also keep you away from cold, snow,rain.
I see great dumpster diving potential!! ;)

Sorry, but i dont get it what is it ? Is this for people to slide down or through garbage in garbage drum? It seems like garbage drum and yes it is very nice innovation to avoid doping garbage somewhere else.

Certainly looks like something they use to depose of construction/demolition waste.
