Paella 🥘 西班牙海鲜炖饭

Today we chose Spanish food for our dinner. I’m a huge fan of Paella. Once I tried to cook it myself, but I have to admit, it’s kind of hard - so many different ingredients and the cooking time is a bit long. So I always have Paella in some local Spanish restaurants.

今天我们选择西班牙菜作为晚餐。我是西班牙海鲜炖饭的超级粉丝。曾经我尝试着自己做，但我不得不承认，这菜真的有点难——有非常多不同的食材，烹饪时间也略长。所以我索性就每次馋虫发作的时候去当地的西班牙小餐馆吃一下海鲜饭。

This restaurant is quite decent. It’s name is Pata Negra. The decoration style of this restaurant is quite casual and cosy. The Paella is fine, but others, such as some meat and seafood dishes, are a bit so so, but still deserves a try. Normally we only went there for Paella.

这家餐厅相当不错。名字是Pata Negra。这家餐厅的装修风格很随意，很舒适。海鲜饭很好吃，但是其他的菜色，比如一些肉和海鲜的主菜，略微普通一点，但还是值得试一下的。通常我们只去那里吃海鲜饭。

I was told by one of my Spanish friends that the restaurant La Riua in Valencia, Spain is the best place for Paella in the world. Will definitely try this place in the future.
