Barbecue Pork Belly with Egg 烤五花肉配蛋

Want to introduce this special and yummy barbecue dish - barbecue pork belly with egg.

I had this dish when I was in Seoul, South Korea. The chef used some really great pork and grilled the meat to a tender texture. The topping is the Korean barbecue sauce. I think the chef added some lemon juice into the sauce to make it less sweet.

The dish is served on a popping hot plate. The chef then bit an egg on the hot plate and after a while, there was a perfect runny egg!

To have this dish, meat should be eaten together with the running egg - pick up one meat slice and dip it with some egg yolk. It tastes amazing!

This is the very first thing I missed about Seoul.

今天特别想吃烤肉,于是想起了在首尔吃过的一盘很特别的烤肉 - 烤五花肉配煎蛋🍳

烤肉的部分我觉得做的还是很简单的,感觉韩国的烤肉都腌制的不错,配上韩国烤肉酱很入味。酱料里面应该加了柠檬汁🍋这类东西,口感很清爽。五花肉的部分烤的真的很好,瘦肉嫩,肥肉又感觉不到肥。说实话烤猪五花能做到这些,已经足够了。

上菜的时候肉都放在铁盘上,然后直接打蛋上去,就能听到噼里啪啦的声响,也不翻面,刚刚好是流心蛋。吃肉的时候要用烤肉蘸着流心蛋的蛋黄吃,嗯~ 画龙点睛就在此啊!

在首尔玩的时候总的来说天气实在是太热,会常常回想起来的,也就只有“烤五花肉配煎蛋”这道菜了;)
