Saudi Arabia Calls Off Aramco IPO, Disbands Advisors
A couple years ago, Wall Street was excited about the prospects of bringing Aramco, the Saudi Arabian oil behemoth to market via IPO. Originally, projected to be a trillion dollars, this would be the largest IPO every undertaken.
Now it is off. Saudi Arabia called off the IPO and got rid of the advisors working on that project.

saudi arabia is dodgy with any sort of oil deals. they follow what the usa tell them to do
