Objectives give you something to focus on so the motive comes from focusing only. Objectives are tools to focus your energy on good directions. once you reach a goal it gives you a taste of victory you will want that taste and therefore urges you to set more goals and try to achieve them. Goals help you to know what you want in your life. They make a map of the fulfillment stick and give you the first line and the last place. Objectives have value as long as they help you develop and improve yourself. They help you to set priorities in life. They direct and coordinate our focus
It is difficult to claim where you would like to be in life if you do not know what you are aiming for. . What percentage of the time have you ever heard the phrase "If I have no hope, then I can not be disappointed"?
