Hope in Steemit Community

All of us are beings who have hope. Hope can be regarded as the life-driving machine. In abusive language, people are often called early dini for anyone who has no hope. Is there also hope in the Steem and Steemit community?

Of course there is. There is a lot of hope when people decide to create an account in Steemit, even over time that hope can be renewed as reputation grows. Three signs of hopeful hopefulness are optimism, positive outlook and a happy, warm and sincere environment.

Without all three, most likely the account owner will give up, and the more severe the intruder by posting comments on the posts of the owner of a higher account reputation. The most obvious sign of those who have no hope is to paddle their own boat in the ocean of Steemit.

These three signs must also exist in the Indonesian Steemit Community, namely optimism, positive views and a warm, happy and sincere environment.

Every steemian who chooses to consciously join KSI must educate himself to be an optimistic person. The optimistic person at Steemit is a person who gladly fixes his shortcomings from time to time so that in time it becomes a steemian that has smart content. Higher quality content over time will guarantee upvote. For the optimistic person, never question why the content that is considered good has not also get upvote from the owner of the account with a higher reputation, he instead chose to maximize the smart community.

Smart community is characterized by a positive outlook to others, not a view that becomes lightning curses while questioning and raising the weaknesses of others. For example, A said: "Were children yesterday afternoon, never active in the organization, especially in the struggle in times of conflict." Unlike the B who has a positive or appreciative view, he will be encouraged to establish positive and appreciative relationships by making a productive friendship with those who already have a successful network.

Productive friendships are different from friendships. Fine friendship tends to take advantage of position and when it is not needed anymore it will be abandoned. While productive friendship is a friendship that helps each other to help, keep watch, and defend to defend in steam ocean oceans.

This productive and appreciative carving is the image of a warm, happy and sincere community. It's easy to find out where the warm, happy and sincere community is, the productivity of the activities that are done together and everything is run without any tendencies or different intentions. Signs from unproductive communities are also quite easy to detect, for example once twice did not get upvote has been accompanied by various kinds of suspicions and accusations without the slightest give kesakuman. In fact, unproductive communities will choose how to strike, causing a variety of suspicions.

I want all the existing Steemian communities in Indonesia to be willing to develop these three important and specific attitudes to the KSI in all the established cities, districts and provinces. I am obliged to be an optimistic person, have a positive outlook and build a warm, happy and sincere environment . With these three basic attitudes I believe all of us in time will be able to achieve hope.

To the KSI in West Java who will hold a Meetup on February 16, 2018 in Cimahi which is likely to be attended by members of KSI from various chapters I encourage to inflame the theme of Hope with great enthusiasm because that's what can make us all Steemian throughout Indonesia can grow and develop so that in due time we will be happy all.

Steem and Steemit, though present in other countries, entering through Aceh and spreading to various provinces in Indonesia, all remain under the same sky, and therefore we are all Steemians.
