Color Challenge: Orange Tuesday
Colored orange breaded quail eggs or what we called kwek kwek is one of the most popular street food here in the Philippines. I usually buy these when I am out and see someone sell it freshly/newly cooked. You can use the stick or use a spoon and placed it on a bowl or if what container is offered by the vendor like a plastic cup. It tastes good and there are various sauces option like if you prefer sweet or hot. It is usually paired with slices of cucumber which is offered for free by the vendors when you buy the kwek kwek from them. It is also very affordable, one piece is just 3 pesos or less than 10 cents in US dollar.

I just knew that you need to boil the quail eggs first and remove its shell, then dip it in the mixture of flour with orange food color and some spices. Then fry it.
