[ 7 Why Do Women Feel 'Silent' When It Becomes Mom ]

"Since I have a child, I have a moment of silence. Is this the kind of feeling it is or is it normal? "

On the first day the baby was born, most of us were excited and so happy with their presence. Perhaps not many think that taking responsibility as a mother can be a tiring experience.

After a while, we begin to feel 'lonely' and seem to be alone, while we are always accompanied by children and couples.

This feeling can actually happen to anyone. "It's time for a mother to feel 'isolated' from the outside world. But this is normal and almost all women will feel it after being a mother, "said Kate Middleton, who also experienced it when raising children.

7 because women feel lonely after being a mother.

  1. The period after childbearing is a challenging period
    • Maternity leave is not actually a 'holiday'. It is a recovery period. Maybe some mothers are lucky to be able to abstain in a state of complete selfishness. However, many mothers have to manage themselves at home.
With a sick body, hear the baby cry every day, tired of breastfeeding baby, unstable emotion and more food choices. It can feel lonely when sitting alone at home for that period

  1. Often Busy
    • Time seems to move so fast without us being aware. The lads who are always in the baby's side all the time, breastfeeding them, taking care of their needs so much that forgetting to meet their own needs.
    • Believe it or not, do something everyday; eating, peeing, bathing had to be held. Not to mention managing household needs; cooking, washing clothes, home improvement, and so on.

  1. Less Social
    • People say, women when married and have no friends anymore - the husband is just a happy man. Perhaps because of the busyness or lifestyle changes, this is a bit more true. It is especially noticeable when there are children.

Those who work now will no longer be able to socialize with co-workers after hours or even weekends. Right at 6 o'clock, if you can continue to punch cards and come back to the child.

• We are always busy at home until forgot our friends get married, we do not know any new neighbors to move, we do not know what the latest drama is on TV. When you miss these things, it will make us feel more intense.

  1. Don't have ME TIME
    • A woman, especially a housewife now spend most of their time at home. No more jokes with friends, rarely eat outside, let alone shopping quietly in the supermarket. Do you have another hobby at home? Do not expect. Just want to sit, kids have come to hit.
    • This lack of 'me time' is the cause of a person feeling tired, depressed, and lonely. By spending some time alone doing what you like, in fact moms will feel happier and more excited when together with their children.

  1. Jealous Of Partner
    • Most jealous when a child likes to stick with the mother, the husband also gives a reason that he has 'no milk' to give. Night sleep is never enough because we are forced to watch for breastfeeding or pumping. Husband slept well with no sense of concern. There is sadness when it feels like it's our job alone. Not wanting to look like, but if they're just our friends on the side it's more than enough.
    • This 2 year period should not be taken lightly because breastfeeding is a 24/7 task that does not have a day off. Not only that, the mother also needs to resist the appetite of certain foods / drinks (worry about baby infants / allergies when breastfeeding). Mr Husband, please give me more support!

  1. YOU MAKE MORE DECISIONS OF YOURSELF
Do you continue to breastfeed or bottle?

Do you send a child to a nursery?

Is it for baby food to buy or cook for yourself?

• Perhaps some men are less familiar with things that are associated with babies as usually moms will spend more time with their little ones. Therefore, the mother is accustomed to making many decisions herself without involving her husband.
• Although it seems trivial, we would have felt overwhelmed when everything was fixed. Sadly, when decisions are made inaccurate, we will be guilty of not guilty!

  1. SUPERMOM Syndrome.
    • This is a less-than-trusted 'illness' for others to facilitate their affairs, including their own partners. When couples are on our chance to rest, we are not happy to sit down on the deck because of worrying about the baby or any other work that is down.
    • If possible, do not want to do everything yourself. In fact, you do not have to prove anything to become a 'supermom' because every mother is special in their own way.

Love it. It goes for stay at home dad too. Which is little mention ask stay at home dad is less known or no mention out of stigma when it comes to men taking the traditional women role.

I'm glad I have a super husband to help me handle all the stress.
