5 Ways to Avoid Addiction.
I'm saying there are some ways to be free from addiction. To move away from the addiction of drugs, there is a need to make a lot of changes in our way of living and habits.
Depending on how strong the addiction of drug addiction is, you can get rid of this addiction (different reactions to drunkenness), can become very strong, yet, there are some steps you can follow to protect yourself from the addiction of intoxication:
Get help from family members, friends and colleagues or partners.
Be careful not to push yourself towards any other addicts such as gambling, smoking or over-eating etc. to avoid the current addiction.
Keep an eye on your food chewing habits and be careful about regular body exercises. Regular body exercises cause some chemical substances to emit from the body, which can make you feel emotionally and physically well.
Remember, it is not possible to be free from the addiction of addiction in one night. If there is any untoward problem in your body due to drunkenness, do not start to add to that addiction again. Think well of the root cause of this unwanted problem, and try to avoid that reason later.
Stop going to places where you used to buy or buy drugs. Try to build friendships with those who do not use drugs and stay away from friends who are addicted to drugs.

Yeah sis, u r right but the main thing is self control. Avoiding addiction is not easy until u have control on yourself.
