Betterlife The Diary Game |by@zainblouch | My First Traveling Experience On Metro Rail
It was a beautiful sunny morning when I woke up early as the day was planned to travel with my travel partner. We had intended to ride the metro rail twice in our city, which started or started traveling in November last year, but it was not possible to manage the time to ride it at that time.
We finally got the day to plan this trip on the metro rail and it was a first for both of us. After breakfast at 9 am, we went for it. We took a rickshaw to go to the railway station. By the way, let me tell you that the metro rail service is not 24x7 yet, and it is closed on weekly holidays.
It stops providing travel service at 9 pm. We had vibes like we were in a foreign country as the entire metro rail system is based on digital and smart technology. We collected our ticket from the digital machine instead of manually from the ticket counter. After buying the ticket, we started waiting for the train and it arrived in a few minutes.
Unfortunately, there were no seats available for me and my travel partner, so we stood all the way inside the train. It was not a long journey as our city has metro rail available for city travel. It saves time as there are no traffic jams, but we face some worse experiences on the way back from the destination.
Actually, our aim was to visit a museum and we had quality time there, but due to tight security there we had complications with taking photos and videos. We had entry tickets online. It was a military museum and a place worth visiting.
The arrangement was good but they didn't allow us to take a water bottle and food inside. We had pictures from inside but I would love to share our first metro train ride and the food items we ate while paying an unfair price for food. We had two coffees and a plate of breakfast and it was kind of a vegetable character.
After enjoying coffee and snacks, we started back to the city we came from. We started our journey at 10 and went to Uttara but we had to go to the railway station as the military museum was nearer to it, but we had another rickshaw ride to get in the right direction.
Now it's time to share the worst experience and that was collecting the return ticket. There were two lines for this and the line we were standing in was long and the ticket collection machine malfunctioned. For almost half an hour or more, we wait for the ticket and the agony does not end there. The train came and we got into it and there was a huge crowd of people. It was difficult to stand out among people.
The trip was not bad, but not as good as expected. The crowds were unpredictable and our population caused traffic everywhere. This life inside the train feels like a foreign country because our government is already investing heavily in this project. It was expected that after the start of the metro rail, the traffic jams on the road would end the problems of the people, but the traffic problem is still unresolved. I have no plans to ride another train there as I don't like crowds. The day was different and not bad. After reaching home, I completed all my pending work like prayers and blogging on my regular blogging sites and after having dinner I had a good night's sleep.
Best Regards
