My choice is Boulevard Gelato & Coffee.
Hi everyone, Tasteem! This is my weekly choice.
I and my friends went to Boulevard Gelato & Coffee.
This is a famous coffee shop in Da Nang city.
If you have a desire for gelato, this is definitely an option. It’s not the best gelato I’ve ever had, but it was still good.
They have seating on the first and second floor, and, like most places in Vietnam, they have free WiFi and free water by the glass.
My favorite selection was the chocolate with hazelnuts (gianduia - not sure on the spelling), but the like sorbet was a fan favorite among my friends.
Went in here for post dinner ice cream and it was amazing! We were allowed to try the flavours before buying and it was honestly some of the best ice cream I have ever had! Salted caramel had a real salt hit so not too sweet and peanut was real peanut flavour - nothing artificial and again not too sweet. Finally almond with great flavour and balanced perfectly with the not so sweet other flavours! A great find!
There's no doubt about the quality in this place because the owner worked in Italia, so he nailed his gelato. You could get 1 scoop for 29k, 2 for 55. And the have wide range of gelato selection from fruit like strawberry, lime sobet to Hazelnut, Caramel and Fior di latte-milk, Stracciatella-milk&chocate... not bad at all, eh? I went for the typical Fior-milk one, so light yet creamy, melt right away on the top of your tongue :). Never try their cookies though.
They also have 2nd floor, you could hide from the crowd from the cashier downstair. Just do not expect the quick service from this gelato shop. The staffs are nice,but not attentive enough.
The frapp there are also recommended, they are quite yum, and from 39-55k up to the flavor.
