Since I was a little girl I realized that I liked to draw. The ability in the hands and especially a need to translate at any time and with any technique, that came naturally. In my opinion, drawing is one of the most important tools of art -and its related ones-, architecture, graphic design, clothing, cinema, etc. The drawing can be the basis of a work as well as a work in itself.

For me, drawing is a form of knowledge, I am definitely interested in the way in which drawing corresponds to thinking. The gaze is a fundamental tool involved in drawing. According to John Berger "almost all artists can draw when they discover something" but, to draw in order to discover is a divine process, is to find the effect and cause even I think the drawing can go further and become in a desire.

Then, drawing is transformed into an interesting act of introspection similar to a meditation, the physical action that also helps our "states" of spirits. The basic tool our hand is directly connected to our mind, I think that sometimes she steals secrets from me and puts them on paper.

According to what professionals believe, drawing is one of the first forms of art that human beings can access to express themselves in an unconscious way. Thus, from children we are encouraged to draw and practice our expressiveness through drawing.
