I understand that curation means reading post, diligently checking the originality and quality of author's content, and voting the content

Diligently checking the trustworthy source of the content
Checking if the content adds value to people's life
He advised that if the content adds value to people's life, that we will reseem to further dissect & disseminate the knowledge . And if the content happens to be plagiarized/spam content, that we should always indicate that within the post and let the community know the existence of such harmful content.
