Going to Kyushu !!　～九州遠征1日目～

★Kyushu for a year and a half★

Good morning!

I have been in Kyushu since yesterday! !

Originally, I lived in Fukuoka for 2 years because I worked for a job, but I came back to this time for a year and a half!

Because it is not an exaggeration to say that it was the second hometown, I felt really nostalgic and got off to the airport! !

When I reached Hakata station by subway from the airport, I took a memorial photo in front of Hakata beautiful statue

★MAISON LAFITE★

For the lunch on the first day, I visited French "MAISON LAFITE" in the Nakagawa by a new visit!

It was a shop I wanted to go once before leaving Kyushu, but the time limit came and I could not go, so my wish was finally come true! !

Anyway, this is the point that you can taste the creative French, centering on local materials, while watching the wonderful scenery!

Of course the dishes were delicious, but French to eat while watching the mountains and the country scenery was the ultimate in luxury!

★Japanese Cuisine TOBIUME★

After lunch, I moved to Kitakyushu from the Nakagawa.

I just checked in at the hotel, and this time was dinner at "Japanese Cuisine TOBIUME"!

This shop is the first time I visited Kyushu before leaving Kyushu for the first time but I have a great ability to think that I thought "I knew it sooner time!"

The chef's taste of Tashiro's cuisine has a respect of respect, but this time too, a number of dishes far exceeding expectations came out!

In addition, this time we had requested "Please let me study dry sake!", But 12 kinds of sake finally came out and I was able to do real tasting! !

★1年半振りの九州★

おはようございます！

昨日から九州に来ています！！

元々、仕事の転勤で2年間福岡に住んでいたのですが、今回1年半振りに戻ってきました！

第2の故郷と言っても過言ではないので、凄く懐かしさを覚えて空港に降り立ちました！！

空港から地下鉄で移動して博多駅に着いたところで、博多美人像の前で記念撮影をしましたｗ

★メゾンラフィット★

1日目のランチは、新規訪問で那珂川にあるフレンチ「メゾンラフィット」に訪問してきました！

九州から離れる前に一度行っておきたかったお店なのですが、タイムリミットが来てしまって行けなかったので、漸く念願が叶いました！！

こちらは何と言っても、素晴らしい景色を眺めながら、地場の素材を中心にした創作フレンチを味わえることがポイントですね！

料理が美味しかったのは勿論なのですが、山間と田園風景を眺めながら食べるフレンチは、贅沢の極みでした！

★日本料理TOBIUME★

ランチ後は、那珂川から北九州に移動しました。

そのままホテルにチェックインして、今度は「日本料理TOBIUME」での夕食でした！

こちらのお店は九州を離れる1か月前に初訪問したのですが「もっと早く知っておけば良かった！」と思ってしまった凄い実力をお持ちのお店です。

料理長の田代さんの料理に懸ける情熱は尊敬の念を抱いていますが、今回も期待を遥かに超える料理の数々が出てきました！

また今回は「辛口の日本酒の勉強をさせてください！」というリクエストも出していたのですが、最終的に12種類の日本酒が出てきて本気のテイスティングをすることもできました！！
