こんにちは！
今日は、コーヒーカップでテイスティングのお話です！！

今から、丁度5年前、コーヒーカップのテイスティングをしていました！
この頃は、「器で味わいが変わってくる」という仮説のもと、色々と実験をしていましたね！！

この日のテイスティングでは、ワイングラスが一番「綺麗な味わい」である事が判明しました！
それ以降、コーヒーをワイングラスで飲む事が多くなりましたね！！
