The glass cup (drawing)
Good night friends. ..
Motivated and hopeful to draw and that they value the work I do to show this community of talents. Today drawing with main figure a glass cup.
Using a ruler to draw lines and measure so that the object would not be disproportionate, it was the beginning with the 5H pencil that I traced without pressing the pencil too much and so the lines would not be so marked on the pad paper.
With powdered charcoal extracted from the pencil, I blurred it in the center of the silhouette of the cup to gradually take out its volume, through a malleable eraser.
With the 6B pencil I was darkening the lines to later blur and give a bit of realistic optics to the captured object.
The grapes drawn with the 6B pencil and leaving a point where there was more light and it was reflected.
Process when making the drawing. . .
The first glass cup made by man according to history, it was the Phoenicians who made it. The Caliz-type foot cup, first made in the 16th century.
Until another opportunity, thanks in advance for visiting and evaluating my content.
Nice drawing
