Delicious Chicken Pulao
Dear my friends, i am expert in cooking of chicken pulao, baryani, potato pulao, mean i can cook every types of pulao. last day i cooked for my friends chicken pulao so i share with you recipe of chicken pulao. hope you will like it.
Ingredients
- rice
- chicken
- onion
- tomatoes
- salt
- red chilli powder
- ginger garlic past
- green chillies
- oil
- water
- baryani powder or garam masala powder
- these are tomatoes, some chef use it and some not use it,but i use it to increase best taste
- red chilli powder, always use good quality * red chilli powder
- ginger garlic past , always use ginger garlic paste , that help make taste great
- it is chicken , so chicken is main ingredients of this recipe.
How to make Chicken Pulao
Step 1
first cut the onion and tomatoes in small pieces. crash the garlic,ginger. cut the chicken in small pieces.wash the rice with salt mixed water. salt water wash the rice very well. keep the rice sink into water for thirsty mints if rice quality is basmati. here keep this point in mind, only i sink basmati rice, not other quality.
Step 2
now heat the oil ,and put the onion after heating the oil. cook the onion get them brown, at this point add a little bit salt.
step 3
After getting brown onion, now add tomatoes and chicken, red chilies powder, salt, green chilies. cook the chicken well at 20 to 25 mints, it is the main point of rice cooking, at this point we need to be careful, so at this stage cooked the chicken very well. well cooked chicken will increase the taste , flavor in rice. you can see in below pictures how am i putting all these in step 3.
- now chicken is well cooked , ready for next step..
it is looking very delicious, mouthwatering,
Step 4
now at this point, we will add water into the cooked chicken. if we are cooking 1kg rice, then we will add 2 litter water.. ratio of water will be 1:2 ,if you are cooking kg rice then you will add 4 litter water. now you can see in pictures , i added the water in cooked chicken. now we will boil the water before adding the rice into it
Step 5
in step 5, we will add sink rice, into boiled water to cook the rice, it is 2nd last step of this recipe. after adding rice in boiled water, we will dry water from the pan.
Step 6
After drying water from rice, we will cover the pan with paper , so you can use wet clothes of piece, but paper is best for this,, so cover all the inside area of pot with papers. you can see this step in pictures also. how cover the pan with paper.
Step 7
now keep the rice , at least 20 mints in this condition , but off the fire .

Step 8
after 20 mints, rice are ready to serve. now you can see how i cooked these chicken rice, i love to cook chicken rice, so i have great hope you all will like my this effort, and my cooking recipe,
