My Steemit Journey so far

There are different reasons why people Join steemit. These reasons can be grouped into 3 categories majorly

1.Some joined for the purpose of getting to meet new friends.
2 Some joined Steemit as a platform to express their ingenuinty
3 Many Join to earn money

Whatever the reason may be, STEEMIT have positively impacted my life not just me, but those who are not members of the steemit community alike.

A few days ago,i joined a thread on nairaland.comwhere we talked about Steemit things like how to create an account, how to post, how to upvote and many more.

It then dawned on me that steemit is more than an earning platform. It creates groups that help people as well. I heard that Steemians in Ibadan, Nigeria have specific dates when they meet. They would gather and share information on different topics but ultimately, they discuss how to move forward @tojukaka, @kaybabs, @japfive and @jeaniepearl @gbebga, @ejemai, @thelovejonkie, @honoramus, @danield, @optimistdehinde, @phait, @lelads, @smiles, @thatphysicsguy are pioneers and members of this group.

It would however be great if we can come together in Lagos too for this kind of event.

I am very new to Steemit and I am always open to new things. Looking forward to achieve greater thing on here
