Cooking#1"hiyasityuka" 冷やし中華の季節ですね。
Yesterday's lunch cooked Chilled Chinese noodles "chilled Chinese".It is a staple of Japan in the hot season.
昨日のお昼ご飯は冷やし中華でした。暑くなると食べたくなりますよね。
I used this. Recently sesame seeds are favorite
これを使いました。最近はごまだれが気にいってます。
How to make is easy.This egg is a little difficult.Bake thinly and slice it down.Then cut the vegetables and finish.It is delicious with cold noodles with sweet and sour sauce.
錦糸卵を作るのが面倒ですが、色合いが綺麗になるので欠かせないですね。
For dinner we had seasonal bonito and firefly squid.This was also very delicious:)

夜ご飯は旬のお魚カツオとホタルイカを食卓に並べました。こちらも美味しかったですよ^^

The Chilled Chinese noodles sound just wonderful on a hot day. I like cold foods too during the summer. Your presentation is beautiful. While traveling in Japan, we ate at a lot of restaurants which presented the food just like yours. It was wonderful.
