Hi @sallybeth23 , Thank you so much! followed you back as well. Well in short, one of the richest guys in Namibia bought this Farm just outside the Capital City with the aim to establish new properties and then rent out the land at average rates. It is really nice here, as it feels, as if though when you walk out the door you are within nature. Very peaceful and quite. It is also very safe with guards patrolling the streets 24/7, and an electric fence surrounding this whole area. Kids playing in the streets, people jogging and walking there dogs are common here. Definitely the place to be when WW3 breaks out! :).
