Man's best (sick) friend

About a month ago, I was so happy I could announce that my best friend's epileptic seizures were under control. We were all so happy that after six months of trying to find the right medication, we passed a two month window in which he stayed free of attacks. Untill two weeks ago. You might have noticed I've been posting less these last few weeks. Well, here's the reason.

This lovely animal, my best friend has relapsed. First we hoped it was an isolated incident, but last week, he started having clusters (multiple attacks in 24 hours) again. Yesterday, he even had 8 attacks in less than 12 hours. Luckily there's a team of dedicated vets ready to assist us, because his medication seems to be losing all effect. I'm so afraid we'll have to let him go one of these days.

I love you fluff, keep hanging in there. Keep up the fight, we will too.
