호주의 주택가격 그래프를 보면 아주 큰 하락은 보이지 않지만, 2008년과 2011년~2012년 , 2018년~2019년 몇차례 하락하였습니다.

최근 지속되고 있는 하락으로 여러 뉴스들이 나왔으며, 2019년 3월 주택 가격은 이번 하락으로 2017년 4분기 정점에서 내려와 2016년 1~2분기 가격으로 회귀한 상황입니다.
